CAMPION SAVINGS CLUB MEMBER PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY

  1. INTRODUCTION This Member Privacy and Confidentiality Policy ("Policy") governs the handling of personal and financial information of members by Campion Savings Club (hereinafter referred to as "the Club"). By signing this document, the Member agrees to the terms outlined below.
  2. COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION

2.1. The Club collects personal, financial, and other relevant information from members for the purpose of providing financial services and managing membership records.

2.2. The information collected may include but is not limited to identification details, contact information, financial statements, and transaction history.

2.3. The Club shall only use member information for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

  1. CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATIONS

3.1. The Club shall ensure that all personal and financial information of members is kept confidential and secure.

3.2. Member information shall not be disclosed to third parties without the member’s explicit consent, except where required by law or regulatory authorities.

3.3. Employees and representatives of the Club shall be bound by strict confidentiality policies regarding member information.

  1. DATA PROTECTION AND SECURITY

4.1. The Club shall implement appropriate security measures to protect member information from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

4.2. Members shall be notified in case of any data breach affecting their personal or financial information.

4.3. Members are responsible for ensuring the security of their Club account details and should report any suspicious activities immediately.

  1. MEMBER RIGHTS

5.1. Members have the right to access and request corrections to their personal information held by the Club.

5.2. Members may request details on how their information is used and shared.

5.3. Members may withdraw consent for certain uses of their information, subject to legal and contractual obligations.

  1. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE

6.1. The Club shall not share member information with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.

6.2. Information may be shared with external service providers only when necessary to provide the Club services, subject to confidentiality agreements.

6.3. The Club shall comply with all legal and regulatory requirements regarding data disclosure.

  1. TERMINATION AND DATA RETENTION

7.1. Upon termination of membership, the Club shall retain member information only for as long as required by law and Club policies.

7.2. Any retained information shall remain confidential and protected from unauthorized access.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

8.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.

8.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved amicably or through legal means where necessary.

9. DECLARATION BY MEMBER I, the undersigned, confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the above Member Privacy and Confidentiality Policy.
